999ak Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between the 999ak platform and all users of its services ("Members"). By registering on 999ak or continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms.

Definitions & Scope

1.1 Definitions

The following terms used in this Agreement carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — The 999ak website and all its sub-sections, applications, and related services.
• "Member" or "You" — Any person registered on or using the platform.
• "999ak" — The organisation operating the platform.
• "Services" — All gaming services offered on 999ak, including slots, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games, and vouchers.
• "Account Balance" — The total deposited funds held in your account.

1.2 Scope of Agreement

This Agreement applies to all services and activities on the 999ak platform. Separate terms may apply to promotional offers, bonuses, or specific games — those terms will operate as a supplement to this Agreement.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the services on 999ak, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be a person with full legal capacity.
• Not reside in any jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• Open an account in your own name and for your own use.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person are prohibited. If evidence is found of multiple accounts being operated from the same device or IP address, 999ak reserves the right to suspend all such accounts.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure, and any associated balance may be forfeited. You may be asked to submit identity documents or other verification materials at any time.

Account Security

3.1 Confidentiality of Login Details

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your account, whether authorised by you or not.

3.2 What to Do in Case of Unauthorised Access

If you believe that someone has accessed your account without authorisation, immediately send an email to [email protected] or contact us via live chat. Our support team is available 24/7 to assist you.

3.3 SSL Security

The 999ak platform uses industry-standard SSL encryption to keep your personal information and financial transactions secure. However, you are advised to avoid logging in to the platform from public or shared devices.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Currently, deposits and withdrawals on the 999ak platform are available only through the following mobile financial services:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet.
• Nagad — The mobile financial service of the postal department.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. If there is an unusual delay due to banking or verification reasons, please contact our support team.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before submitting a withdrawal request:

• Identity verification on the account must be complete.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be fulfilled (see Section 05 for details).

4.5 Fraudulent Transactions

In the case of any suspicious or fraudulent transaction, 999ak reserves the right to temporarily hold the transaction and withdrawal and conduct an investigation. If fraud is proven, the account may be permanently closed.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

999ak offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. The calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example:

5.3 Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per member.
• Claiming a bonus multiple times using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• Submitting a withdrawal request while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• When a bonus expires, it will be automatically removed from the account.
• 999ak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.

5.4 VIP Program

The 999ak VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Through regular and active participation, you can advance to higher VIP tiers.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

999ak believes in fair play. All games on the platform are operated using verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the impartiality of outcomes.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while a bonus balance is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.

6.3 Technical Errors

Any outcome resulting from a technical error or system failure will be considered void. In such situations, 999ak will decide on the matter of refunding the bet amount. Attempting to profit from a technical error is strictly prohibited.

6.4 Disconnections

If your internet connection is lost during a game, the result of that round will be determined according to the server logs. 999ak is not responsible for any loss caused by connection issues.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Fraud, collusion, or use of bots on the platform.
• Using software or methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Operating multiple accounts or claiming a bonus more than once.
• Conducting any harmful activity on the platform's systems or servers.
• Registering an account using a false identity.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person.

Responsible Gaming

8.1 For Entertainment Purposes

The 999ak platform is designed for entertainment — not as a source of income. We encourage members to play responsibly and advise them to stay within their own limits.

8.2 Self-Control Tools

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If a member feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life, they may request a temporary or permanent account suspension. This request must be made through the support team.

• Failure of third-party payment services.
• Loss resulting from authorized or unauthorized account access (if the security breach was due to the member's own negligence).
• Service disruption resulting from legal or regulatory changes.
• Temporary service outages due to unplanned server maintenance or updates.

10.2 No Service Guarantee

999ak services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, but we are always committed to ensuring the highest quality of service.

Account Closure

11.1 Closure at Member's Request

You may request to close your 999ak account at any time. Before making the request, please ensure that your account has no pending bonus conditions and that your balance has been withdrawn to your preferred payment method.

11.2 Closure at 999ak's Initiative

999ak may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Involvement in prohibited activities as described in Section 07.
• Providing false identity or information.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.
• Extended inactivity.

11.3 Balance After Closure

Unless closed due to a breach of terms, any balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to the member's registered payment method after verification is completed.
